Properly peppery and vegetal aromas initially; following aeration the bouquet turns more briny and spicy. Palate entry is nicely oaked, but not enough to be resiny and retains enough savory agave character; midpalate is beautifully balanced between a calm oaky sweetness, agave character, acidity and saltiness. Concludes woody and clean.
