Those values are brought to 2BAR Spirits, where locally grown grain is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in oak barrels. We do all of this with one goal in mind: make a damn fine whiskey.

2BAR Bourbon finished in a wine barrel which adds an amazing depth and complexity from the wine tannins that complement the Butterscotch, Vanilla, Cherry, and Chocolate Notes.
