Cutwater Three Sheets Cask Strength Limited Edition Rum

Cutwater tucks away a few exceptional casks of their barrel aged rum, part of their standard range, every year. These special barrels are set aside because they are simply too exceptional to go into the usual vatting. The barrels are allowed to continue aging in charred American oak barrels before being bottled at cask strength. These are very limited editions runs, with each bottle being hand-numbered. The rum takes on a full and rich mouthfeel, with notes of caramel, oak, and leather, complemented by vanilla and herbal spice. A delicious and unique expression.
