Redemption Wheated Bourbon

Redemption Wheated Bourbon is the first in a series of limited production expressions that was brought to the market this year. Redemption Wheated Bourbon is four years old and bottled at 96 proof, with a MGP mash bill of 51% corn, 45% winter wheat and 4% malted barley. Replacing rye in the mash bill with wheat, gives this bourbon a softer, sweeter taste.
