This cask-strength Bourbon is aged four years in a 55 gallon new American oak barrel mixed with older bourbon. Then a second maturation is done in French Oak casks for 3-6 months in Merlot and Chardonnay Casks washed in Aged Brandy from a Long Island, NY winery. The aroma is rich with caramel and vanilla.
