Trediberri Barolo Berri 2021

Barolo DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Trediberri. 100% Nebbiolo, 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Barolo born from a family’s passion for Nebbiolo, with grapes sourced from the Berri MGA (Milled Cellar Winery) in the municipality of La Morra. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete and lasts approximately 12-14 days, followed by post-fermentation maceration for approximately 6-7 days, leading to skin-juice contact for approximately 3 weeks. Aged in 25 and 52 HL Garbellotto barrels for approximately 20 months. After aging in wood, the wine is transferred to concrete for a few months before being bottled. Characterized by bold fruit on the nose and palate, it aims not for complexity or longevity, but rather for drinkability and immediacy.
