Domaine Villet – Vin Jaune 2016 (ONE PER ORDER)

The Vin Jaune 2016 by is made in Arbois, Jura with 100%  grapes which have, like all Vin Jaunes, seen at least 6 years in old oak barrels, aging under Flor (a veil of yeast) in an oxidative fashion.  

2016 is known as an exceptional year in Jura, one of the best in recent times.
