Ofen 2019 is a rarer natural wine crafted by Franz , in the Burgenland region in . This red wine is made with grapes, of which Frank Weninger says are surrounded by mulberry trees from the 18th century, on a south-facing property is 340 m above sea level.
It is located in Ritzing, making it the westernmost vineyard in Central Burgenland. In terms of climate, it is our coolest location, but the soil and southern orientation give it warmth. Lime used to be burned here. Hence the high pH in the soil.
