Akashi Ume / Japanese Plum Whisky 750ml

When Spring is winding down, and the Summer sun is looming, green Japanese plums, also known as Ume, are harvested. The makers at Akashi blend their whisky with the green plums; Ume and rock sugar in their whisky. It then rests for over half a year until the sweet and sour are integrated throughout this seasonal treat. Great on the rocks, with soda water, and fun in cocktails.
