Pintom Pinot Noir by is a natural wine made in El Cepillo part of the Uco Valley with grapes.
These Pinot Noir vines grow at 900-1000 meters in the southern Valle de Uco. El Cepillo is known as the coolest corner of the entire valley and is just called ‘La Heladera’, aka The Freezer, by the old winemakers!
The cold air that flows down the mountain slopes of the Andes collects here. That is why winemaker Gabriel succeeds in producing incredibly fine and elegant Pinots here.
This Pinot Noir was a highlight of a recent wine tasting, so much so we decided we want you to experience it as well!
Its rich, fruity, complex, herbal, a little vegetal and stemmy (in a good way) and armed with a medium-long, interesting finish that is distinctly different to European Pinot Noirs. A fantastic wine experience from start to finish.
