The grapes are grown on soils rich in clay and limestone and are harvested at optimum ripeness. The Chardonnay grapes are then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for three weeks. 10% of the wine is then matured in new oak barrels. This is a Chardonnay that is fresh and well balanced, with aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, and lemon zest
