It's been a while since I've been able to shoot it. It shoots so sweet, and it loves that Wolf ammo. Thought I'd share a couple targets with you. Not great, but for me, not bad.

Top left is my first group of 10 with a cold barrel at 50 yards. The next three groups is getting my scope dialed in. Then a few individual shots.

gallery_25426_262_44464.jpg

Trying to get a perfect score. No such luck.

gallery_25426_262_1857647.jpg

One last try. Still, not bad for me.

gallery_25426_262_1093704.jpg

Moved the target out to 100 yards. Took a couple groups to get my scope dialed. The last group of 10, I pulled a couple, but I'm not complaining.

And, of course, the gratuitous gun porn. I'm really liking this rifle. One day I'm going to buy that stupid-expensive ammo in it.

Sweet setup! Is that a green mountain barrel?

Thanks Davinci.
It's a Lothar-Walter blank, machined by Clark Custom Guns.

Very nice, does touching the line count as a score or must it be inside?
Either way, pretty nice shooting.

Thanks Ret. It's a Nikon P-22 2-7x35. It's a nice little scope for this rifle. I wish it had a little more magnification though.

I found this target on Snipershide, in their rimfire section. It's 1 point if it's inside the circle, 2 points if it's touching the line, and 3 points if it's outside the circle. It's like golf. The lower the score the better.

Thanks !  I have to find a scope for my AR .22. The Redfield works, but it is huge for that gun.

Yours is the most handsome Ruger I remember seeing with a synthetic stock.

It just says class.

Thanks John. Actually, it's a stock I got from Gshayd. He gave me a deal on it I couldn't pass up.
I think the barrel helps too. Most people cut them off at 16" or 18". I left mine at 21". I think it looks better that way.

Come on Newbe. You know you want one. They're sooo much fun.

Don't look at this newbe

My 10/22 with the Clark Trigger loves standard velocity CCI at 50 yards. When the squirrels see me bring it out they run and hide. Hulkas stock came off this rifle and was replaced with a a camo Houge and a Clark Trigger . Guess it was a good stock I sold him  :hey2:
