I've got the Brownell's tool. $35 new or so....

 

Should work the same as a PTG.

I got worried about some reviews saying that the tool wasn't exactly square. But I did end up ordering the Wheeler/Brownells tool. I think I'll just do it by hand and not use a drill so I have more control.
