Gran Cerdo Tempranillo 2016

100% Tempranillo from madman/genius Gonzalo Gonzalo (yes, that is his real name.) Cherry red with hints of purple the nose has primary aromas of fresh fruit; strawberries, raspberries, cherries and violets with a slightly earthy edge. On the palate there are clean mineral notes and herbaceous flavours with a hint of spice. Gonzalo is a biodynamic grower and winemaker who is dedicated to preserving Rioja’s rich soils. Drink this slightly chilled and enjoy with any iteration of the greedy piggy on the label!
