Heaven’s Door Straight Rye Whiskey

Heaven’s Door is a brand produced in collaboration with Bob Dylan, who also designed the label based on iron gates he created in his metalworking studio. This expression is a straight rye whiskey distilled in Tenessee and aged in French oak barrels. The barrels are cigar-shaped and from the region of Vosges, which creates a smoother, friendlier rye than some of the pepper bombs currently popular. There is still some excellent rye spice on the palate, followed up by a mild note of orange rind, coriander, and a bit of cinnamon sugar.
