Still organic red, 13.5% ABV, produced by Chateau Thivin in Beaujolais, France. 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Geoffray family, who have cultivated vines with love and respect for the land since 1877. The hand-picked Gamay grapes are vinified partly as whole bunches. A fresh and fruity bouquet of cherries, wild strawberries, and peonies. Juicy and mineral on the palate, with a fresh finish of red fruits and light notes of spice. A light and fruity wine, ideal for pairing with cured meats and light dishes.
