Fattoria San Lorenzo Campo delle Oche Integrale Magnum 2019

This wine is obtained from a selection of grapes in the vineyard, through gentle pressing (0.2 atmospheres), aged for 48 months on its own fermentation lees and bottled with them. The grape harvest takes place between October 20th and 30th.
