Ab Initio – Kairos

Kairos by is a natural red wine made in Loire with grapes, and has been assisted in the winemaking from Fred Niger of Domaine de l’Ecu, who assists on the project alongside Emmanuel Robin.

Bottles are limited in quantity and despite being new and relatively unknown there is strong interest from winelovers.

Kairon is a red wine, made with Loire Gamay, taken from a small polt of 0.65 hectare with vines over 50 years old. It is concentrated in its fruit, and aged in Amphora for 16 months,
