AB Initio – Kedron 2020

Kedron by is a natural wine featuring a blend of Grenache and Syrah, aged for a year in Amphora. The grapes here are actually taken from Rhone’s Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This wine features a little cool refuction, and a great energy alongside a sandy tannic structure that will make you crave some grilled meats to go along with it. Very impressive.

Ab Initio is a Loire wine project involving winemaker Emmanuel Roblin as well as Fred and Claire Niger from esteemed Domaine de l’Ecu.

Bottles are limited in quantity and despite being new and relatively unknown there is strong interest from winelovers.
