2naturkinder – Fledermaus Rot 2021

Fledermaus Rot is a light, crunchy red by 2Naturkinder.

Schwarzriesling is Pinot Meunier, which is the third grape used for making Champagne and not so often used by itself.

PREVIOUS VINTAGE: There is a lot of energy going on in the glass. White pepper tingles alongside black cherry, spice, raspberry, eucalyptus and zingy acidity. At just 10.5% this is a smashing wine very hard not to love on a warm evening.

The married couple behind 2Naturkinder feature a lot of bats on their labels, as they actually use bat dung from a nearby Bat Colony to fertilise their soil.
