Out Tonight is a natural cidercrafted by , in the Aarhus region in . This high acid cider is made with and , of which 85% are different summer apples from Åbyhøj, no maceration, direct press.
10% are Reine Claude plums from Risskov, 1 month carbonic maceration and 5% are wild plums, they picked in many different places in Aarhus, with 2 month carbonic maceration Due to long maceration of the plums, the entire fruit is in focus, i.e. skin, pulp and pit.
