Alessandro Viola – Oxid Aging (ONE PER ORDER)

Oxid Aging is a special and rare wine by Alessandro Viola. This Oxidative wine is made with Grillo, and is aged for 7 years in Chestnut barrels and then a further 3 in the bottle.

We only have a few cases and this 500ml bottle is limited to ONE PER ORDER.

We hear it is bursting with toasted almonds, dried stone fruits, raisins and flowers
