Alex Foillard – Côtes de Brouilly 2020

Alex Foillard is the son of Beaujolais legend Jean Foillard, part of the iconic ‘Gang of Four’. Farming 2 hectares which he acquired at the young age of 24 in both Brouilly and Côtes du Brouilly, his wines have a tiny dose of sulphur at bottling and show the elegance of the wines of his father.

This is Alex Foillard’s Côtes de Brouilly which we hear has notes of red fruit and a touch of hibiscus.
