Andi Weigand – Silvaner 2021

Silvaner 2021 by is a natural wine made in Franken with 100% grapes as the name suggests. Here the grapes are harvested by the iconic Iphöfer vineyards, which are characterized by the Keuper stone below. 

This wine is aged for 9 months on neutral oak barrels and has structure, intensity and a compelx finish.
