Arensbak – Effervescent (non alcoholic)

For a long time we’ve been skeptical about wine alternatives – so-called Proxy Wines.

However, we recently had a tasting of four wine alternatives that simply blew us away and we couldn’t wait to offer them to you!

This is the Arensbak Effervescent, a wonderful sparkling wine alternative, which really did remind us of a yummy pet-nat.

It’s a fresh drink which has notes of gooseberry, a hint of peach and lemongrass and a mild sweet due.

Ingredients: Tea (Water, Cane Sugar, Green Tea, Oak Wood Chips), Gooseberry Puree, Peach Puree, Oak Wood Chips, Acidifiers (Tartaric Acid, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid), Lemongrass, Kombucha Cultures.
