Sweet passito from Sardinia, produced by Argiolas. Isola dei Nuraghi IGT, 14.5% ABV, native grapes, 2018 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing wines that tell the story of Sardinia since 1938. Soft pressing, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-25°C in stainless steel vats. Subsequent maturation in barriques. Very intense primary aromas, distinctly Mediterranean. Typical terpene characteristics of Nasco. Intense straw yellow color. Round, semi-sweet, almost sweet, full-bodied with a savory character that recalls the primary aroma.
