Tsitska by is an exceptional, mild skin-contact wine using the grape Tsitska, which is more common in the Western part of Georgia, where the wines can often be less tannic too. We loved this wine, and found it very delicate yet wildly expressive.
Herbal touches dance alongside mild apricot notes and a delightful, almost toffee finish (yet remains dry). Tannins are delicate and soft. This wine is both approachable and complex.
