Bencze – Atlas Pinot Noir 2021

Atlas Pinot Noir is a natural wine crafted by , in the Balaton region in . This red wine is made with grapes, taken from his premium plot ‘Rókaluk’ plot which whilst not too old at around 20 years old, is quite higher up and one he is very fond of.

After fermenting in open vats for 10-11 days, this wine rests on the lees in 2500l oak barrels for 12 months

Expect hits of sour cherry & cranberry complemented by earthy undertones and a vibrant, light mouthfeel that is crisp on the finish with a somewhat herbacious hint.
