Autochthon 2021 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Balaton region in . This white wine is made with , and grapes which were harvested in different stages, when at their most perfect maturity without developing issues.

Volcanic Basalt soil is at play here, and there is a saltiness to the mineralic feel of the wine, and some minor skin-contact of 8 days which gives this extra complexity, plus amphora aging to smooth it out.
