Non-alcoholic sparkling white wine from Rheingau, Germany, produced by Bibo Runge. 0.75L bottle. An alcohol-free sparkling Riesling that retains the freshness and vivacity of the grape variety, thanks to a meticulous production technique. The grapes were fermented like vegan Riesling wines, with an intense character. The alcohol was extracted under low pressure (vacuum), and a touch of intense Riesling was then added. A non-alcoholic alternative that doesn’t sacrifice the pleasure of bubbles.
