Pet Nat Welsch is a natural wine crafted by , in the Moravia region in . This sparkling Pet Nat wine is made with  grapes.

We have not yet tried this wine but the importer tells us this “The definition of charming! Super fresh nose with notes of citrus and elderflower. Mineral, juicy, fruity, with lovely fine bubbles and perfectly integrated acidity that uplifts and extends the whole flavour experience. 

Having very little yeast, this wine is definitely a pet-nat you can bring even to pet-nat beginners or more conservative wine drinkers (they’ll probably think it’s a good Sekt”
