To commemorate 10 years of making some of the finest, award-winning, grain-to-glass spirits in the great state of New York, Jason Barrett, Founder & Master Distiller, has hand-selected barrels of our oldest bourbon to date. Showcasing their classic Four Grain mash bill, each bottle is artfully blended from 6- and 7-year-old barrels aged in Rochester. Bottled at 110 proof in honor of our 10 years in the distilling business and 100 years of Jason’s family being in the button business.
Tasting Notes
-Sweet caramel and new oak on the nose with undertones of fig and earthy spice.
-Rich on the tongue with a bright cherry sweetness giving way to hints of dry spice.
-Smooth and easy finish with a soft sweetness on the exhale and long, lingering notes of maple sap.
