Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon 375 mL

Cabernet Sauvignon is the culmination of carefully selected organically farmed vineyards throughout California, whose variations in soil, sun exposure and elevation contribute to a layered portrait of the state’s quintessential red varietal. The organically farmed fruit in this blend was harvested between mid-August and late-October, before a warm fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel and was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, 40 percent of which were new.
