Classic method sparkling wine without dosage, produced by Borgo Maragliano in Piedmont, 2017 vintage, 13% ABV. 0.75L bottle. A classic method made from Riesling grapes, a tribute to Carlo Galliano’s favorite grape. The nose is kaleidoscopic and extemporaneous, complex, changing with every smell, with predominantly soft sensations of pale almond, white peach, powdered sugar, and limoncello, with toasted notes that veer toward a subtle hydrocarbon minerality. Golden in color with emerald highlights. The palate is aristocratic, deep, and lively, with a lingering minerality and a perlage that delicately teases the palate.
