PROXY • C is a carbonated, fermented tea infusion with Genmaicha, Sencha and Kaffir lime leaves. Genmaicha combines Sencha with roasted rice, which adds nutty, earthy notes. Sencha provides a fresh, slightly sweet base. Kaffir lime leaves bring a tangy, floral citrus aroma that enlivens and refines the blend.
