Breaker Bourbon Whiskey

Crafted in the idyllic landscape of California’s Central Coast, and named for the breakers at local beaches, Breaker Bourbon is a carefully crafted small-batch bourbon aged for at least five years. The coastal humidity and sharp temperature fluctuations of the region cause the barrels to swell and contract rapidly, which can lead to accelerated aging in some climates. The bourbon has the balanced maturity common to older bottles, with the heat and spicy finish that can make younger whiskeys more exciting.
