Bulleit Bourbon Blenders’ Select No. 001

A limited-edition release from Master Blender Eboni Major, this bottle combines three of the ten distillates usually used in Bulleit into a pared-down and unique version of the classic Bulleit profile. Each component of the blend was aged for 9 years in charred American white oak barrels. Ms. Major brings the different distillates together using limestone-filtered water, creating a nice mineral background to the rich and fruity palate. We found Vanilla beans and honey on the nose, and a smooth, balanced finish.
