Bumbu XO uses only local sugarcane and spring water to create their super premium rum at the 120-year-old distillery in Panama, where the spirit is then aged for up to 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels. The rum is finished for an additional period in ex-sherry barrels, giving an extraordinary mellow smoothness to the spirit as well as notes of baking spices, dried red fruits, and mild citrus.
