Still red, Sebino IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Ca’ del Bosco in Lombardy. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir that embodies the excellence of the Ca’ del Bosco method, a wine born from a careful selection of grapes and meticulous vinification. The grapes come from six Pinot Noir vineyards, with an average age of 35 years, located in the municipalities of Erbusco and Corte Franca. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration lasted 17 days. After racking, the wine, still warm, is racked into small oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
