Crafted from Organic Cane Sugar and Organic Dominican Cacao. As with artisanal chocolate making, every Organic Cacao bean is hand roasted, cracked and winnowed. Distillation is followed by a period of aging in oak. The resulting products are truly unique, accurately capturing the aroma and flavor of Organic dark roasted chocolate in a bottle for the first time. At 40% ABV they can be utilized as a base spirit in cocktails or enjoyed neat, on the rocks or chilled.
