Single Rack Black has a traditional bourbon mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, distilled and aged in Kentucky, the heart of bourbon & horse country.
The center cut is the central area of the rackhouse known for prime whiskey aging, where the temperature, humidity, and sunlight combine to provide perfect aging conditions. Bottled in an extremely small batch (19 barrels), this whiskey comes from the center cut of Calumet Farm. Balanced and rich, this whiskey shows hints of honey and toasted oak notes while exhibiting a complexity and depth to the last drop.
