Still white wine from Alto Adige, 14% ABV, produced by Andriano, a historic winery founded in 1893. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that expresses the purity and elegance of a unique terroir, with a history spanning over a century. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Matured on the lees for 6 months, partly in stainless steel vats (70%) and partly in large wooden barrels (30%). Characteristic, good complexity with floral notes of elderberry and sage combined with aromas of peach and apricot. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Well-structured and harmonious on the palate, balanced acidity, full-bodied and very persistent.
