A classic method that expresses the excellence of the Emilian terroir, with careful vinification and a fine, persistent perlage. Manual harvest, pressing according to strict fractionation criteria. Aged for 6 months, then refermentation in the bottle at 12°C. Magical nose with a bouquet rich in aromatic hints of raspberry and wild strawberry combined with notes of old rose and hints of pomegranate. Pale pink color. Vigorous acidity on the palate, with a touch of refined savoryness that entices both sipping and pairing.
