This unique spicy, nutty rye whiskey infused with honey from hives located across the Catskill Mountains. The honey is added after aging in new American charred barrels, only as a balancing agent not to sweeten this complex whiskey.  Indulge in its’ smooth, rich flavor with hints of toffee, burnt orange, and golden raisin.
