Still red Trentino DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cavit. Blend: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot. 1.5L magnum, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Trentino winemakers, combining tradition and innovation. Aged in barriques and small oak barrels for 18 months. Balsamic notes of plum, blackberry, and tobacco blend into a complex and elegant bouquet. The palate is beautifully balanced: soft with fine tannins, spicy and enveloping on the finish.
