SCARABEE Skintouch 2016 by is an interesting natural wine made in Alsace with , and grapes.

Christian Binner is based in Alsace, and is the main man behind the Les Vins Pirouettes project. A respected winemaker, with this orange wine showcasing his work brilliantly!

2016 blend of 60% Gewurtztraminier, 30% Riesling and 10% Muscat a Petit Grains. This is harmonious and slightly tangy in the best way yet smooth and delicate too.

Vibes of Apricot schnapps, mint and eucalyptus alongside ‘BIG RED cinnamon chewing gum, wood ash and even some mild chili flakes somehow? (for us anyway!)
