Still white Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Colterenzio. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc born from the passion and dedication of the Colterenzio winemakers in Alto Adige, who have been pursuing a commitment to quality since 1960. After a brief maceration, the perfectly ripe grapes are pressed. The must ferments half in stainless steel and the rest in barriques. Aged for approximately 8 months on the lees. Intense fruity notes on the nose recall elderberry, acacia flowers, and sage, combined with elegant oaky notes. A wine with a tasty acidity and a long finish.
