Corentin Houillon – Veronnet Blanc

Veronnet Blanc by is a white wine made in the mountainous Savoie region of France with both and grapes.

Having trained with Pierre Overnoy and family relation Emmanuel Houillon, as well as Derain and Tissot, Corentin Houillon now farms 5 hectares of steep vineyards in the high-altitude Savoie region of France.

Made from regional grapes Jacquere and Altesse, this blend is a really lovely, fresh, salty and mineral driven white. Definitely alpine in its refreshing tones!

We enjoyed notes of diluted Lemon cordial, salt and very mild traces of herbs. Beautiful!
