Costadila – Moz

MOZ is a Pet Nat natural wine by Costadilla, grown in the Veneto region of Italy.

Whilst most Costadilla wines feature Glera (the typical grapes used for Prosecco) this one is a blend of Glera and Moscato, which gives it a little more of an aromatic twang.

Previous vintage of MOZ was both fresh and yeasty, expect minerality and fruitiness on the nose, with a bit of crunch in the mouth. Truly remarkable! We would recommend serving it very cold.
