Dard et Ribo – Saint Joseph Rouge

Saint Joseph Rouge by is a natural wine made in Rhone with grapes.

WOW! Insane fine wine.

Every now and then there are “wine moments” we all have. Must admit Rhone is not an area we have explored enough… so damn, when we opened this fine Syrah from Dard et Ribo it really hit the spot. Seriously. Wow.

It was so soft, so velvety, so caressing.

Violets, blackcurrant, eucalyptus absolutely singing with amazing tannins that seem very much part of the juice. Whilst on the finish tobacco which is mildly smokey sits at the back of your throat.

An eye opening experience.
